Shipping policy

Items that are listed on the page without customization will ship with the US Postal Service within 3 days of payment receipt. You will be notified via email when your order has been processed and shipped. The email will contain your tracking information as well as instructions. All orders weighing less than 1lb will ship with USPS First Class Mail. Orders in excess of 1lb will ship with Priority Mail Service. Should a problem arise with delivery, please reach out to me either via the "Contact" tab on the home page/account page and I will get back to you within 2 business days. Lost package claims will have to go through the USPS service. I will work to resolve any shipping issues that you may encounter with either replacing, repairing, or cancelling orders and filling claims.
